The manager's journey

What a day looks like for the owner or property manager with Aonios. The agents do the work, a person approves what matters, and one instruction becomes a rule everywhere.

Your day, with the agents

Open any moment for the detail.

  • The morning is sorted before anyone logs in

Before anyone logs in, the property manager has the day's departures, new guests' arrival and departure times, and who still owes a pre-arrival form; their door codes stay held. The cleaning calendar is refreshed, and yesterday's booking-platform emails become one task per real guest issue. At 22:00 the owners get a report of everything sent without a person, mistakes included.

  • Staff are briefed in their own language

A guest's message becomes a task for the property manager or a cleaner in their own language, with the exact words to send. The guest's words are translated, never pasted. Alexandros delivers it, waits for the answer and tells the guest. Say once which language you want, and every staff message is checked against it before it leaves.

  • Cleaners are scheduled for every check-out

Alexandros asks the cleaners who is free, in each person's language, and repeats the answer back before recording it. The day's check-outs come from the booking system and are matched to whoever is available; the schedule goes where the crew and the property manager can see it. A check-out with no confirmed cleaner is flagged, not skipped, and the property manager's corrections become rules.

  • Repairs and emergencies reach you at once

Alexandros notifies you about repairs and emergencies on WhatsApp and by email, and pages the property manager in the same turn. Alerts are written for people: what happened and what to do, in plain words. Phone calls to staff, third parties and guests, including emergency calls, come with Katina at the end of October.

  • Anything involving money stops for a person

Routine replies about power, water, air-conditioning or linen send themselves and leave you a note. A draft that touches a refund, a fee, a deposit or damage becomes a card with Approve, Edit and Dismiss. Nothing, not even the agent's own override, can push it through without a named person.

  • Listings and pricing are handled by Marika

Marika edits every listing and every price, and makes the rules for both. In one sweep of thirteen listings on every platform, the agents found the errors a guest could hold you to, then changed nothing until the owner said which to fix.

  • Passwords, IDs and cards stay siloed

The Manager's Keymaster skills keep passwords and sensitive data such as IDs and credit cards siloed, and give staff members and third parties the proper authorisations. No more codes and logins handed out over chat and never taken back. Keymaster is unlocked for $25 per property per month.

  • One correction becomes a rule everywhere

A rule you type becomes policy with a test behind it. After every Approve or Edit, the Manager posts back the one-line lesson it kept, so a wrong lesson is caught in one tap. A power-cut rule written one morning was applied, unprompted, to a different guest at a different property the next day.

  • It remembers every past conversation

The Manager can search the company's own record back to 2020: 247 chat archives with guests, cleaners, staff and owners, and more than 10,000 photos, voice notes and documents. It reads the whole thread before it answers. Nothing said once has to be said twice.
