What the Manager does
It decides what each agent may do, and holds what none of them may.
Holds the rules, the guardrails and the library
Every rule, guardrail and skill your agents follow is held by the Manager, and the Manager answers to you. Rules that could weaken the guardrails can only be changed by a named person. The standard it enforces is published in the library.
Turns your instructions into rules
Type an instruction where policy is set and the Manager turns it into an enforced rule with tests, often within minutes, then posts back the one-line rule it stored. A note in a working thread stays a note. In its own words: “I do not turn casual notes into forever company rules.”
Never lets money move on its own
Payments, refunds, deposits, damage, legal questions, review threats and restricted access are always held. A draft that touches one waits for a named person to approve it, and payment and damage cannot be forced through by anyone.
Hands you only your decisions
Guests are answered by Alexandros and listings and pricing are Marika's, both under the Manager's rules. Anything that needs you arrives as one approval for a named person.
Morning digest and nightly report
Checkout packs, stay times, form status and escalations land before anyone opens the control channel. At 22:00 you get the only daily record of the agents acting alone: what was sent without being asked, what was approved, what was edited and what went wrong.
Remembers, and admits its misses
Each night the day's observations are consolidated into long-term memory. Asked what happened, the Manager answers from that record with dates and sources, and when something slipped it reports the miss instead of defending the message.
Keymaster, its special skill set
Keymaster silos every password and all sensitive data, such as IDs and credit cards, and gives staff and third parties the right authorisations. Unlock it for $25 per property per month.

Every client starts with Alexandros, at $25 per property per month, and the Manager comes with it. Unlock Marika or Keymaster for $25 per property per month each.
